I'm Riunita Martin
A dynamic HR leader, leadership strategist, executive coach, and change management professional. I have over 20 years of experience across Telecommunications, Aerospace & Defense, Law Enforcement, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Government contracting environments. I am the founder of LEI Academy™ and creator of The LEI Leadership Method™. LEI Academy™ combines real-world business insight with practical, people-centered leadership development. Using methodologies within a framework that are simple, yet impactful.
With more than a decade in Human Resources leadership, I have built high-performing teams, and partnered with executive & senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, and sustainable performance. I know firsthand what it takes for leaders to move beyond theory and actually transform the way they lead day to day.
